📦 SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to make your shopping experience fast, smooth, and reliable.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 Hours after payment is confirmed.
During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery timeline depends on your location:

  • Within Lagos: 1–3 business days after processing

  • Outside Lagos: 2–5 business days after processing

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete or unclear delivery details

If an order is returned due to a wrong address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


5. Shipment Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email

  • Tracking details (if provided by the courier)


6. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics or courier issues

  • Peak shopping periods

These delays are outside our control, but we will assist where possible.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours with photo/video evidence.

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Contact us immediately 


8. International Shipping (If applicable)

International duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
