RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, and we’re committed to ensuring a smooth experience. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been installed or used

  • The packaging has been opened, altered, or tampered with

  • The item shows signs of wear, styling, or usage

To initiate a return request, customers must provide clear video of the product and its packaging for inspection prior to approval to of customer representative on WhatsApp

Once a return is approved, the item must be dispatched back to Veron Beauty & Lifestyle.
Please note that our logistics partners will only arrange pickup from the original delivery address provided at checkout.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, provided the order was delivered correctly and without damage, this fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

A ₦1,000 inconvenience fee as well as the initial delivery cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

All refunds are issued only to the original payment source:

    • Bank transfers: Refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours after the package is received at our warehouse.

    • Card or Pay-with-Bank payments: Refunds may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.


2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via provided bank account 

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 


4. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

  • Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video.

  • We will investigate and replace the item at no cost to you if verified.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

  • Custom orders

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

All discounted items are final sale.


6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
